MY biggest problem is breakfast. I know it is the most important meal of the day and I try … I really do. My wife and I have been personally studying nutrition Organic food is easily found now.for years now and have been awestruck with the advantageous information easily obtained if you just look. Of course, as a side trip of discovery we researched ‘Organic’ and all that that entails. We discovered Marcel Cobs’ cookbook with many easy recipes from breads to salads and (insert drum roll here) breakfasts. Advertising and government regulation seems to have mucked up this really very basic concept. And 'organic' doesn't mean rabbit food either. Marcel’s Guide to Organic Cooking isn’t just some pamphlet but a 100 page book full of good, easy to understand information.

Honey; natural and healthyOne of our culture’s biggest addictions is refined sugar, as more and more studies are reporting and health researchers strive to teach us. We now return to the health of good old natural honey. I first discovered this book while researching health changes for my wife and I. These folks have put together a book big on information and ‘how-to.’ Many think of honey in cooking and there are recipes in this book, but the information presented covers much wider areas including the medicinal. Please check out The Honey Book; The Many Uses of Honey for desired health information.
